Purpose of the site and no advice

The site provides a notary fees calculator and guides, free of charge and for information. Results are estimates based on the rates published by the tax administration and the regulated notary tariff. They are neither legal or tax advice nor a quote: only the statement drawn up by your notary is binding. The method and its limits are described in the methodology.

Limitation of liability

Parameters are updated and checked against official examples, without any guarantee that they are error-free or exhaustive. The publisher cannot be held liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of an estimate, nor for an interruption of the service. Errors can be reported via the contact page.

Intellectual property

The texts, code and design of the site belong to the publisher; reproduction without permission is prohibited, except for short quotations with a link. Public data cited is reused under the Etalab Open Licence.
